Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1/2 lemon

500g baby potatoes (halved)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp rosemary

250g green beans (trimmed)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)

Mix olive oil, spices, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken (under the skin if possible).
Let marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
