2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Β½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
Β½ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Β½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp flour (for coating berries)

1. Prepare batter
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
2. Wet ingredients
Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla together β combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
3. Add blueberries
Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour β gently fold into batter.
4. Bake
Pour into greased pan β bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 35β40 min until golden and set.
