250g ribeye or sirloin steak
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
🍳 Scrambled Eggs
4 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
🥔 Home Fries
3 medium potatoes (diced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
🧅🥖 Extras
1 small onion (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tomato (sliced)
2 slices bread (toasted)
👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Home Fries
Boil diced potatoes for 5 minutes (just tender).
Drain and pat dry.
Heat oil in a pan, add potatoes.
Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Fry until golden and crispy (10–12 min).
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a skillet until very hot.
Add olive oil, then steak.
Sear 3–4 minutes per side (medium).
Add butter and baste the steak.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
3️⃣ Scramble the Eggs
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in a pan on low heat.
Add eggs and stir gently.
Cook slowly until soft and creamy.
4️⃣ Sauté Onions & Garlic
In the same pan, sauté onions until soft.
