Would you eat this Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream

Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
Steak & Seafood:
4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
8 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lobster tail (meat removed and chopped)
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/4 tsp salt 🧂
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare and Sear the Steak:
Season each filet mignon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness. Remove steaks from the pan and let them rest.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add butter and cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Add Lobster to the Sauce:
Add lobster meat to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until tender.
Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Combine and Serve:
Add the shrimp back into the skillet and stir everything together.
Place each filet mignon on a serving plate, topping with shrimp and lobster cream sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
