Ingredients:

For Lobster Sandwich:
1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped π¦
3 tbsp mayonnaise π―
1 tsp Dijon mustard π―
1/2 tsp lemon juice π
Salt and pepper to taste π§

Fresh tarragon for garnish πΏ
For Crab Sandwich:
1/2 lb crab meat, shredded π¦
2 tbsp mayonnaise π―
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning πΏ
A dash of lemon juice π
2 soft sandwich buns π
Fresh cilantro for garnish π±
Instructions:
Prepare Shrimp Sandwich:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and season with garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Set aside.
Toast the sandwich buns and fill with shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Prepare Lobster Sandwich:
In a bowl, mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Toast the sandwich buns and fill with the lobster mixture. Garnish with fresh tarragon.
Prepare Crab Sandwich:
In a bowl, mix the crab meat with mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
