This Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

– Ingredients:
– 8 oz fettuccine pasta
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 lb steak, sliced
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and steak, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the steak is browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
