For the Steak:
2 beef patties or steak cuts π₯©

For the Grilled Tomato:
1 large tomato (sliced) π
1 tsp olive oil π«
1/4 tsp salt & pepper π§
For the Rice Base:
1 cup cooked white rice π
1/2 tsp butter π§
1/2 tsp chopped parsley πΏ
For the Topping:
1/2 avocado (sliced) π₯
1/2 tsp lime juice π
1 tsp chopped cilantro πΏ

1οΈβ£ Season the steak π₯©: Rub the steaks or beef patties with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2οΈβ£ Grill to perfection π₯: Cook on a hot grill or pan for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Set aside.

: Brush tomato slices with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
