Surf & Turf Platter with Lobster, Shrimp, Scallops, and Steak 🦞🥩🦐

A gourmet feast featuring tender steak, buttery lobster tails, juicy shrimp, and seared scallops, served with golden roasted potatoes and fresh lemon wedges!

Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails (5-6 oz each)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Shrimp & Scallops:
½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ lb large sea scallops
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (8 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp unsalted butter
For the Roasted Potatoes:
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Directions:
1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
2️⃣ Prepare & Bake the Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and pull the meat slightly out.
Brush with melted butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lobster is opaque.
3️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), then add butter and baste for another minute.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
4️⃣ Sear the Scallops & Shrimp:

Pat scallops dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat butter in a pan over high heat, then sear scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove scallops, then sauté shrimp in the same pan with garlic for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Drizzle everything with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Arrange the steak, lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, and roasted potatoes on a large platter.
Serve hot with extra lemon wedges and enjoy!
