Grilled Smoky BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
For the Ribs:
1 rack of pork ribs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
For the BBQ Sauce:
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs: Pat ribs dry and rub with olive oil. Mix smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and oregano, then massage into the ribs.
Preheat the Grill: Heat the barbecue to medium heat (300°F), setting up indirect heat by placing coals on one side.
Grill the Ribs: Place ribs on the cooler side of the grill, bone-side down. Cover and cook for 2.5–3 hours, flipping occasionally, until the meat pulls away slightly from the bones.
Make the BBQ Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika over low heat until smooth.
Glaze and Sear: In the last 15 minutes of grilling, brush ribs generously with BBQ sauce and move to direct heat. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side for caramelization.
Rest and Serve: Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve hot!
