1 cup buttermilk
1½ cups flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
Fries
4 large potatoes, cut into fries
Oil for frying or air frying
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Optional Dipping Sauce
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce
