Smoked Salmon & Avocado Mousse Tacos

π12 Ingredients:
β’ 8 oz Smoked salmon
β’ 2 Avocados, ripe
β’ 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
β’ 1 tbsp Dill, fresh
β’ 1 Dill, Fresh
β’ 1 clove Garlic
β’ 1/4 cup Red onion
β’ 1/4 cup Capers
β’ 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
β’ 1/4 tsp Black pepper
β’ 1/4 tsp Salt
β’ 8 Tortillas, small low-carb
**Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients β Dice the cherry tomatoes, mince the garlic, chop the red onion, and roughly chop the fresh dill.
2. Make Avocado Spread β Mash the avocados with lime juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Assemble Wraps β Spread a layer of avocado mixture on each tortilla.
4. Add Fillings β Top with smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, capers, and fresh dill.
5. Wrap & Serve β Roll up the tortillas tightly and enjoy fresh!
