🛒 Ingredients
🍗 Wings:
1 kg chicken wings
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
🥔 Boil Add-ins:
3 small potatoes (cut)
2 corn on the cob (cut into chunks)
1 sausage (sliced)
🧄🔥 Boil Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp chili flakes 🌶️
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook wings
Season wings with salt, pepper, paprika
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30–35 minutes or air fry until crispy
2️⃣ Boil sides
Boil potatoes and corn until tender
Add sausage in last few minutes
3️⃣ Make sauce
Melt butter, sauté garlic
Add Cajun, Old Bay, chili flakes, hot sauce, lemon juice
4️⃣ Toss everything
Combine wings, potatoes, corn, sausage in a large bowl
Pour sauce and toss until fully coated
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot on a tray or parchment paper for that boil-style vibe 🔥
