Authentic Gyro Wrap

Ingredients:

4 pita breads, warmed
1 lb lamb or chicken, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tzatziki sauce
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup sliced red onions
½ cup shredded lettuce
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the meat with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the meat until browned and tender.
Spread tzatziki sauce over each warm pita, then add cooked meat, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
Wrap the pita around the filling and secure with parchment paper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
