๐ Chicken
500g chicken breast (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
ยฝ tsp black pepper
๐ฅฃ Sticky Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced) ๐ง
ยฝ cup water
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

3 cups cooked rice
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Marinate chicken
Mix chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper
Let sit 10 minutes
Cook chicken
Heat oil in a pan
Stir-fry chicken until golden and cooked through
Remove and set aside
Make sauce
In the same pan, sautรฉ garlic
Add soy sauce, honey, sugar, oyster sauce, and water
Thicken sauce
Add cornstarch slurry
Stir until sauce becomes thick and glossy
Combine
Return chicken to pan
Toss until fully coated in sticky sauce
Serve
