Shrimp
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp lime juice
Nachos Base
1 large bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Toppings
Jalapeños, sliced
Diced tomatoes
Red onion, chopped
Black olives (optional)
Fresh cilantro
Optional Sauce
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
