1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
🥭 Mango Salsa
1 ripe mango, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

2 cups cooked jasmine rice (or brown rice)
Optional: avocado slices 🥑
🔥 Spicy Sauce (Optional)
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
