Super Crispy Pork Belly Chips Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg pork belly, thinly sliced
• 1 pack Ajinomoto Crispy Fry
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 whole eggs
• Ground black pepper, to taste
• Flour for dredging
Dry Batter:
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate & Prepare the Wet Batter:
Mix fish sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch, ground black pepper, beaten eggs, and Ajinomoto Crispy Fry until smooth. Add thinly sliced pork belly and marinate for 30 mins.
Prepare the Dry Batter:
Combine flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Pork Belly:
Remove pork from wet batter, dredge in flour, then coat
