Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packet Dinner – A quick, flavorful, and mess-free meal perfect for grilling or baking!

Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 ears of corn, cut into small sections
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, bell pepper, and zucchini with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly onto each piece.
Squeeze lemon juice over each packet and top with a few small pieces of butter.
Fold foil over the ingredients and seal tightly.
Grill for about 12-15 minutes or bake for 20-25 minutes, until shrimp is pink and potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot!
