Harvest and Sea Harmony in Rich Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

– 1 lb fresh seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, or white fish)
– 2 cups mixed fresh herbs (such as basil, parsley, and cilantro)
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup white wine
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the Seafood
Combine the seafood with minced garlic, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Herb Sauce
In a food processor, blend together the mixed fresh herbs with olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated seafood and cook until done, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Step 4: Add the Herb Sauce
Pour the white wine into the skillet with the cooked seafood. Then stir in the herb sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
