Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or your favorite herb)
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Start by taking a large bowl and tossing the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and paprika until they’re nicely coated. Lay the wedges out on a baking sheet, ensuring they’re in a single layer for even cooking. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over them. Put them in the preheated oven and let them bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Remember to flip them halfway through. Enjoy them warm.
