Grilled Feast Platter

For the Grilled Steak:
β€’ 2 ribeye steaks (300 g each)
β€’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
β€’ 1 tsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp salt
β€’ 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Grilled Sausages:
β€’ 4 beef or pork sausages
β€’ 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (for basting)

For the Corn on the Cob:

β€’ 2 tbsp butter (melted)
β€’ 1/2 tsp paprika
β€’ Salt to taste

For the Roasted Potatoes:
β€’ 500 g baby potatoes (halved)
β€’ 3 tbsp olive oil
β€’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1 tsp paprika
β€’ Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta Salad:

β€’ 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
β€’ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
β€’ 2 tbsp sour cream

Prepare the Steak
Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate while preparing the other components.

Prepare the Potatoes
Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Cook the Corn on the Cob
Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika and salt. Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning frequently until charred in spots.

Grill the Sausages
Place the sausages on the grill and cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, basting with barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes.

Grill the Steak
Grill the steaks over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time for preferred doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Make the Pasta Salad
In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
