π Ingredients
For the steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
Optional: fresh parsley
For the creamy spaghetti:
200g spaghetti
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: pinch chili flakes

Cook pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water
Drain and set aside
Sear the steak
Heat oil in a pan
Season steaks and cook 3β5 min per side (or desired doneness)
Add garlic butter
Add butter + garlic to steak
Spoon melted butter over steak for flavor
Make creamy sauce
In another pan, melt butter
Add garlic, then cream
Stir in parmesan until smooth
Combine pasta
Toss spaghetti into creamy sauce until coated
Serve
Slice steak and place on top of creamy pasta
Garnish with parsley
