2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt & black pepper
½ tsp paprika
🥔 Potatoes:
3 medium potatoes (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
🥦 Broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Roast potatoes
Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, paprika
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until crispy
2️⃣ Cook salmon
Melt butter in a pan
Add garlic and sauté briefly
Place salmon skin-side down
Season with salt, pepper, paprika
Cook 3–4 minutes per side
Add lemon juice at the end
3️⃣ Cook broccoli
Steam or sauté broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender-crisp

Serve salmon with roasted potatoes and broccoli
