Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Directions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull apart the shell to expose the lobster meat.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Season the Lobster Tails:

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake the Lobster Tails:

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Serve:

Garnish the lobster tails with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Pair with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
