200–300 g smoked sausage, sliced 🌭
½ large cabbage, chopped 🥬
1 onion, sliced 🧅

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
Salt & black pepper
Optional: chili flakes 🌶️
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. 🌭 Cook sausage

In a large pan, sauté sausage until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

2. 🥬 Cook cabbage base

In the same pan, add oil/butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until soft. Add cabbage and cook until it starts to wilt and caramelize.
