1 cup cooked rice
200g ground beef or sausage

1/2 tsp thyme

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese π§
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter π§
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika.
Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
