400g beef (cubed, stew meat)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced) π§

2 potatoes (cubed) π₯

1 cup corn π½
1 cup green beans or peas

3 cups beef broth
1 cup milk π₯
Β½ cup heavy cream

Salt & black pepper

Brown the beef
Heat oil in a pot
Sear beef until browned on all sides
Build flavor base
Add onion and garlic
Cook until fragrant
Add broth & simmer
Pour in beef broth
Add potatoes and carrots
Simmer 25β30 minutes until tender
Make creamy base
In a small pan, melt butter
Add flour and whisk (1β2 minutes)
Slowly add milk and cream, stirring until smooth
Combine
