Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter and Lemon

Treat yourself to a taste of the ocean with these succulent grilled lobster tails bathed in aromatic garlic butter and zesty lemon juice! Perfect for impressing your guests without a fuss!

Ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 4 lobster tails
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Freshly ground pepper, to taste
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
– Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
– Begin by using kitchen shears to cut the lobster tails down the center of the shell, lengthwise, being careful not to cut through the meat.
– Gently pull the lobster meat away from the shell while keeping it attached at the base. Position the meat on top of the shell.
– Brush the exposed lobster meat lightly with some of the melted butter.
– Generously season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Prepare the Grill:
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400F/200C. If you’re using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high on your stove.

3. Grill the Lobster Tails:
– Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the hot grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
– Carefully flip the tails over so that the shell side is facing down and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
– While grilling, periodically brush the lobster meat with the remaining garlic butter mixture to infuse it with flavor.

4. Serve:
– Once the lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the grill with care.
– Drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the lobster and add a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
