Cut in cold butter until mixture looks crumbly.
Pour in cold buttermilk and gently mix until dough forms.
Turn onto floured surface and gently fold 2β3 times (donβt overwork).
Pat dough to 2 cm thickness and cut into rounds.
Place on tray (touching slightly for soft sides).
Bake 12β15 minutes until golden.
Brush with melted butter after baking for extra shine.
