📝 Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter (for finishing)
Lemon wedges
Optional: chili flakes or BBQ rub
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat smoker or grill to 225–250°F (110–120°C).
Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Thread shrimp onto skewers for easy handling.
Smoke shrimp for 30–45 minutes until pink and lightly firm.
Brush with melted butter during final minutes.
Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
