📝 Ingredients
Protein
1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Pasta & Sauce
12 oz fettuccine or linguine
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan until browned. Remove and rest.
In the same pan, cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add cooked pasta into sauce and toss to coat.
Return steak and shrimp to the pan and mix gently.
Garnish with parsley and chili flakes. Serve hot.
