3 cups cooked day-old rice (best for frying)

1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
2 green onions (chopped)

2 eggs (beaten)
π― Teriyaki Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or brown sugar π―
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Heat oil in a large pan

Remove and set aside
