Stuffed salmon

– 4 salmon fillets (skinless)

– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

➀3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture. Place the stuffed fillets in the prepared baking dish.
