🍗 Sticky Chicken Wings:
1 kg chicken wings
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper
🍟 Crispy Fries:
4 large potatoes (cut into fries)
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
🥗 Fresh Salad:
1 cup lettuce (chopped)
1 tomato (sliced)
½ cucumber (sliced)
¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Wings
Preheat oven to 200°C
Season wings with salt, pepper, paprika
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway
2️⃣ Make Sticky Sauce
In a pan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ketchup, hot sauce
Simmer until thick and glossy
3️⃣ Coat Wings
Toss baked wings in sticky sauce
Return to oven for 10–15 minutes until caramelized 🔥
4️⃣ Make Crispy Fries
Soak potatoes in cold water (10 min), drain & dry
Toss with cornstarch + oil
Bake or fry until golden and crispy
5️⃣ Prepare Salad
Mix lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion
Drizzle olive oil + lemon juice
Season lightly
6️⃣ Assemble Plate
Serve sticky wings with fries and fresh salad
