Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions (if using) until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving. Enjoy!
