1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thin ๐ฅฉ
2 cups mushrooms (sliced) ๐
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves garlic (minced) ๐ง
1 tsp ginger (optional)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey ๐ฏ
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Salt & black pepper to taste

1. ๐ฅฉ Sear the steak
Heat oil in a hot pan. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear quickly until browned. Remove and set aside.
