🧾 Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
2 cups mushrooms, sliced 🍄
3 tbsp olive oil or butter 🧈
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/2 cup basil pesto 🌿
1/4 cup chicken broth or pasta water
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt & black pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional) 🧀

1. 🍤 Cook the shrimp
