PARMESAN HERB LOBSTER TAILS

Juicy lobster tails topped with a decadent parmesan-herb crust and broiled to perfection. This dish is as elegant as it is simple to prepare!

INGREDIENTS:
4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat, resting it on top of the shell. Place the prepared tails on a baking sheet.
2. Make the Parmesan Herb Topping:

In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, thyme, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Top the Lobster Tails:

Spoon the Parmesan herb mixture over each lobster tail, ensuring the meat is fully coated.
4. Broil the Lobster Tails:

Place the baking sheet in the oven, about 6 inches from the broiler.
Broil for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the topping is golden brown.
5. Serve:

Remove from the oven and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges.
TIPS:
Doneness Check: Lobster meat should be firm, opaque, and have an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).
Panko Swap: For a gluten-free option, use crushed gluten-free crackers or omit breadcrumbs altogether.
Elevate Further: Drizzle with truffle oil for an added layer of indulgence.
Serve these luxurious Parmesan Herb Lobster Tails as a showstopping main dish or alongside a crisp salad and roasted vegetables. 🦞✨
