Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Form the Bombs:
Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit and place about 1 tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling and pinch to seal, creating a ball shape.
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Coating:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
Bake the Bombs:
Arrange the stuffed biscuit balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each bomb generously with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
