🦐 Beef Bites with Shrimp and Lemon Herb Sauce

Ingredients:
– 🥩 500 g beef (sirloin)

– 🍤 500 g shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 🌿 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon red pepper leaves
– 🍷 60 ml of white wine
– 🍋 Juice and zest of 1 lemon
– 🌿 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 🌿 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
– 🍋 Lemon cashews to serve
Instructions:
1. Prepare the meat: Cut the sirloin into cubes of approximately 2.5 cm. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cooking the meat: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meat cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown all over. Remove the meat from the pan and place it on a plate.
3. Cook the shrimp: In the same pan, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant. Then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are pink and cooked.
4. Add spices: Sprinkle paprika, dried oregano and red pepper leaves over the shrimp. Mix well to integrate the flavors.
5. Filling Wine: Pour white wine into the pan and scrape the bottom to defrost. Cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing wine to reduce a bit.
6. Finish the dish: Return the meat cubes to the pan and mix well with the shrimp. Add the juice and zest of lemon, as well as chopped parsley and chives. Cook it all together for 1-2 more minutes to heat and combine the flavors.
7. Serve: Serve the meat and shrimp bites on a plate, garnishing with lemon walnuts. Enjoy this delicious hot dish, ideal as a starter or main course.
