2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup spinach (optional)
Optional topping: extra mozzarella for browning
