800g chicken (drumsticks or wings)
Β½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
Juice of Β½ lemon

1 cup all-purpose flour
Β½ cup cornflour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper

Mix chicken with all marinade ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight = best flavor).
