5 Italian sausages (mild or spicy)
2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

Cook sausages
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausages until browned and cooked through (10β12 minutes). Remove and set aside.
