2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
200 g mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Make the patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into oval patties.
Sear
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear patties 3β4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook mushrooms & onions
In the same pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sliced onion; cook until softened and browned.
Make gravy

Simmer patties
