Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
20-25 pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and any optional veggies (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
