500g chicken breast (cubed)
2 eggs
1 cup cornstarch
Oil (for frying)
🍊 Orange Sauce:
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

1️⃣ Coat & Fry Chicken
Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in cornstarch
Fry until golden and crispy
2️⃣ Make Orange Sauce
Simmer orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger
Add cornstarch slurry → cook until thick and glossy
3️⃣ Toss Together
Coat crispy chicken in orange sauce

2 cups cooked rice (day-old best)
2 chicken thighs (diced)
2 eggs
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Chicken
Sauté diced chicken until browned
