🛒 Ingredients
🍗 Chicken
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
🥗 Salad Base
1 avocado (sliced) 🥑
2 cups mixed lettuce 🥬
1 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅
½ cucumber (sliced)
¼ red onion (thin slices)
🥣 Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt & pepper
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Season chicken
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper
Grill or pan-sear
Cook chicken 6–7 min per side until golden and fully cooked
Rest for 5 minutes, then slice
Prepare salad base
Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl
Add avocado & chicken
Place sliced avocado and grilled chicken on top
Make dressing
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt & pepper
Toss & serve
Drizzle dressing and gently toss before serving
