Gourmet Lobster Ravioli with Lemon-Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:

1 package lobster ravioli
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Cook the Ravioli:

Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce:

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon zest and juice, and cook for another minute.
Thicken the Sauce:

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Combine Ravioli and Sauce:

Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the sauce.
Add Finishing Touches:

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:

Serve immediately, garnished with additional lemon zest and parsley if desired.
