250g macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese 🧀
½ cup mozzarella
Salt & pepper
🍚 Seasoned Rice
2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
🧀 1. Make cheesy mac
Cook macaroni and drain
Melt butter, add flour (make roux)
Slowly add milk, whisk until thick
Stir in cheese until melted
Mix with pasta until creamy
🍚 2. Prepare rice
Heat butter in pan
Add cooked rice + garlic powder + salt
Stir-fry lightly for flavor

Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika
