1.5–2 kg pork ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
🍯 Sticky BBQ Sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
🥔 Side Plate
Roasted or mashed potatoes
Coleslaw or sautéed greens (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🍖 1. Season ribs

Rub ribs with olive oil and spices. Let sit for 15–30 minutes.
